About Dan Young

Dan was able to apply the skills and discipline acquired as a former Naval Intelligence Analyst to the art of real estate sales. Now with over two decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, investment and leadership, Dan has coached scores of agents overseeing thousands of real estate transactions along the way. While many agents passively market by placing a home in the Multiple Listing Service and moving on, he understands the need to be proactively and aggressively seeking to connect buyers with sellers through relentless prospecting ultimately meeting their respective goals.

A lifelong student of leadership, Dan holds a master’s degree in Theology and Pastoral Leadership from Cincinnati Christian University and a baccalaureate degree in Business Administration. He and his bride, Erika, have five children and enjoy their country style living near Blanchester, Ohio.
